Our Lessons

Professional guitar lessons in Bradford city centre.

My teaching style is professional yet laid back and patient. This helps give students a wide range of skills, techniques, confidence and also exam grades if they wish.

I also think it highly important for lessons to be fun and relaxed enabling students to be creative and get the most out of playing their chosen instruments. Teaching in my recording studio enables me to record lessons for the student to take home, making this process a much easier way to practice and progress in between lessons.

I can teach a variety of styles and genres from Indie, Rock and Punk through to Blues, Acoustic / Folk and Pop etc. I teach Guitar and Bass as well as Vocal Coaching. I also teach the latest '2012 - 2018 Rock School' Syllabuses for Guitar, Bass and Vocals enabling my students to take graded exams if they wish - though this is not compulsory.

Rockschool was accredited in England, Wales and Northern Ireland by the QCA in 2002. All of Rockschool's qualifications are on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), which means candidates can be assured of receiving a recognised qualification. Indeed, Grade Exams 6, 7 and 8 across each syllabus, are worth UCAS points. To find out more about taking grades, or indeed any other part of my guitar lessons don't hesitate to get in touch by emailing me at info@guitarlessonsbradford.com.
